What is OWL?

OWL (The Older Women’s League) is a national organization that works to improve the status and quality of life for midlife and older women. It was founded in 1980 to meet the need for increased economic, political, and social equity for midlife and older women.

OWL’s national office and its local grassroots chapters throughout the country have been strong and powerful advocates for legislative agenda in Congress and in spotlighting issues affecting women.
